Microsoft Dynamics for Retail is a true Omni-Channel management system, providing a single commerce engine to run all channels of the retailers business (store, website, marketplace, or other) with cross-channel flows, insight, and analytics. Enabling superior store systems to control user roles, interfaces, and hardware for customer order management at the POS. Powerful merchandising capabilities include global and local management of products and custom attributes; unlimited categories for enhanced category and assortment management; and innovation to manage matrix and other inventory types.


A fully integrated online storefront offers content management via industry-standard tools. While other solutions allow the building of web pages through coding, followed by search from those pages (ie. eCommerce ‘with’ search), the SharePoint technology for building webpages is eCommerce built BY search. Microsoft Dynamics for Retail is the complete solution integration and management at headquarters, including catalogue, order, shipping, payments, shopping cart, refiners and more.
